Brakes question

I have a strange clicking noise coming from my front brakes (I think its coming from there).

The brakes are fine for the first 20-30 mins of driving but then they start to click when i brake (at a low speed) It seems to be just one loud click per press of the brake pedal.

They seem fine when travelling 50 mph+.

Has anyone ever had anything like this or know what this could be?

might be your brake pads low and the metal catching on the lip of the brake disks, had exact same problems with the primera, put new pads on it and thats it resolved.

Mine done this when the pads were low fella. Not sure what component actually causes it, i thought that maybe it could be the pad clip on plates, not sure what theyre called but theyre meant to stop squeeling i think.
Either way new pads with plenty of copper slip on the backs sorted it.

yeah it is the clip part that rubs on the lip of the disk that causes it, and ypu copper slip on the back of the pads :) New set of bads, a 12 MM socket and ratched, and a big screw driver and easy to do.

buypartsby.com will do cheap pads, nissan pads are often said to be best tho;)

or somewhere like needforspeed.co.uk do ebc green and yellow stuff pads and other non-standard.

although green aren't meant to be up to much, yellow prob won't last as long as nissan ones and are only listed for pulsar gti-r, but do fit
