i bought a 2003 almera flare got a few teething problems


the spec sates it has reverse parking aid? but when i reverse nothing beeps etc?????


the rear dimister 3 lines in the middle are not working?


my electric mirrors dont appear to dimist?



any advice appriciated

it may sound a bit silly but in the bumper can you see little dark grey circles, there are usually about 4 across the rear of the bumper, these are the sensors for parking, or have you tried getting a mate to stand behind your car when in reverse to see if he sets off any sensors?

nothing on the back bumper but on parkers guide it says the spec has them

If there are no circles, there's no parking sensors. Don't rely on Parkers, it's pretty inaccurate.

I have electric mirros and there not heated as far as im aware.. and mines Phase1 Yours would be a Phase 2 being a 03 plate. And im not aware there were heated mirrors. If there was id have probably bought a set by now lol

Nope, my Phase 2 is an SXE & they aren't heated either - bloody cheapskates ! :lol: Even my old Fiat had heated mirrors !

Lmfao. I know! Gief heated mirrors anyday! Especially with the frost... would make my life ALOT easier.

The electric mirrors refers to mirror adjustment, not heated unfortunately
