DOes than anyone know what sort of things car warranties cover? I'm looking at an evo 4 and if is goes wrong its gonna cost so was looking for a warranty.
ANyone able to advise on any aspect of this kinda thing??
I can fix most stuff but to be honest, the warranty is only £250 ish per year and it covers nigh on everything.
My other concern is that if i do fix something it could go seriously wrong with them being proper perfornace cars.
Some of them even cover wear and tear items such as wheel bearings, brakes and filters. So i reckon it could be worth my while (wink wink)
Would you be likely to do any modding? I've never been rich enough to buy a car where you get a warranty lol but I'd imagine mods could invalidate it (whether they're responsible for the problem or not)
mmm....my dads just ran out on his 05 saab 93 aero, conviently the window switch has gone wrong now!lol
i'd be carful ,read the small print as he said that you do have to pay excess usaully! not too sure about an older car tbh , did they make a haynes manual for the evo?? if so i'd just stick it out and save the money!

asi i said bout the Saab above ,my dads got one of those ECU plug ins to boost from 210 to 248ish they said that, that didnt matter on a full warranty! which were bout £500pa.
