Any catalytic converter is a restriction on an exhaust system.

or buy a replacement 200cell cat which reduces emisions still but gives a better flow

Nissan cats are good, but a well built motor will gain 4-5hp with it out.

Right now i 've a cat pipe and a exaust without silencer. It sounds so hard, i get annoyed of it. And ems test trouble. If the stock converter not take to much hp i 'll put it back.

Yeah, w/out a cat it would fail the APK. But with a 200 cell sports cat, you might just get through it as it would be newer & quite efficient.

If the chip has a decent fuel map, it shouldn't hurt the new cat at all mate. 'Gheen zorgen' I think you guys might say ? Excuse the spelling !

Hahah " geen zorgen " = no worry indeed My car is running 136000 km so i think replacing the old stock cat is not a good idea and proberly a new one will do the job. I was already looking for a direct fit catalytic Catco or Random technology but not suceed.
