Changing Clutch Cable

Hi, i need to do this tomorrow on my gti. I have the part but just need to know if i should be looking at the intructions in the almera haynes manual, or the manual for a primara 2.0. If its the Primara version can someone give me a quick run down of what to do please!!
Please don't move this topic to a board i cant get to!

Simple. slacken the cable off and remove from the clutch housing. Release from pedal. Release from bracket on bulk head ( half way along cable ).....

Put new one on and tighten just enough so there is 3mm play in the cable at the clutch end.....
