Nah it's registered in the UK, otherwise it wouldn't be on the DVLA database at all, the guy hasn't bought a new tax disc (but its got so far that instead of saying "Tax due" it's changed to "unlicensed").

It's not SORNed either cos my Micra camper is and it's marked as "SORN Not Due". Went on a bit there, sorry! :rolleyes:

Basically....

The Almera is a follow-on from the Sunny in this country (Sunny was N14, Almera is N15).

In Japan they kept the name Pulsar for the N15. Their GTis were only 1.8 SR18DEs, and are quite rare in this country as those are imports.

Our UK-spec GTis are 2.0 SR20s and are quite a bit more common!

Hopefully that clears things up a bit :)
