clutch help on 1.4 almera

hi to all i had my ca full up last night with 4 of my friends and me and m clutch stated slpipping really bad and its still doin it with me on my own in the car!! do i need a new clutch or can i just ajust it?

please help and if it needs replacing whats it like 2 do wittout ramps or anything?
