Clutch question

I recently had my clutch changed in the mera and all seemed well until the reverse gear is selected the car judders awfully! Is there any reason for this, Has anyone else experienced this? I think it may be down to the fact that it was fitted on a budget and not by the most mechanically minded folks! The judders and vibrations are there untill you have started to accelerate quite heavily. I know my gearbox is reaching the end of its life could this be related, Thanks.

It sounds like the gear selector shaft has not been fitted back in the original place. You are supposed to mark the bar when you change the clutch so it's fitted back in the same place.

Cheers guys, I really should not have got it fitted from them at all! They were the only people I could go to who would fit it when I needed it for and the price was reasonable.
