E-mail Dastek, they're a Tein dealer so should be able to answer all your questions.
Ronan, Tein.co.uk will be able to help you out, give them an email, i emailed them about my rear top mounts before and they were very helpful, only thing is, if you are buying new products then you will have to go through one of their dealers (extra cost involved, they wont do sales directly) but if you are looking for repair or refurbishments, they'll do them directly, they'll send you out a form that you fill out and send back to them along with your coilovers.. i think when i asked the sales rep, he said that it would take around a week to fix my problem and all together would take around 2 weeks (depending on postage and shipping times etc etc)

cost of refurb depends on what needs to be refurbished, if its the shock it may cost a good few quid (taking into consideration the weight of these things for postage)
if its just the top mounts i think he quoted me something like 35 pound per mount..
