was going to do a recomended thread for this but i think thats just for companies so thought i would put it here instead

bought some of this about a month ago now, with the bad weather its obviously harder to wax the car often and having heard this stuff is meant to last 4 to 6 months i thought i would take a chance and see what its like. have to say i was very dubious at first, seen pictures on detailing sites of the beading 2 months on etc but didnt beleive them really, have had it on a month now and its still beading like it was waxed yesterday so im happy to say it does last extremely well, im confident it will last me until at least march and probably a fair bit longer. very easy to use and leave a great shine aswell, have to admit its at least as good a shine as meguiars gold class and nxt wax and they havent usually lasted that well for me, may have still been beading a month later but nothing like this is.

if anyone wants to know there paint is protected but doesnt like waxing there car or doesnt have time then this is ideal, give the car a wash once a week and its shining like it has just been waxed.

available from ebay, think i paid £18 delivered. after using this its shown me that meguiars maybe isnt all of that amazing, will be looking into a few other things for the spring but until then this will be protecting our cars, will be using it on my uncles tino this week aswell, think that gets traded in in 6 months so i will leave it until its about to be traded in and see what its like then

alot depends on what you wash the car with, if you use something like autoglyms bodywash or the meg's wash its very mild and doesnt cut the wax off, but in the winter it doesnt really wash the much off sometimes either.
tbh Ive been going off the megs stuffs lately, I like how it doesnt turn to dust, and ist that bad to apply or remove but I get a cloudy finish a lot off it, looks like Ive missed bits when your looking hard at it, but I havent.
Ive gone back to using the autoglyms extra gloss protection or something like that. Its really easy to apply but is a right cunt to get off, but that lasts a long time, even when the apint is starting to lose its high polished feel it still beads really well and makes drying the car much easier
think i'll try a few others next year, some thing like that car lack and some that people go mad over.

another thing with wax's is if its really easy to use it makes me think well it cant be that good, its designed more for my parents or valenting people, people who want it done but in half the time. But then does it mean that the wax boffins just make it really hard to come off and then you think you've done a really good job and it must be good stuff because it was hard work.......
