have a few scratches on my 2001 N16 in red, thanks to one of my mates sitting against the car.

just wondering what colour code it is, so that i can get the touch up pen off ebay

have you tried t-cutting them out? if they are not deep then a touchup pen will look DIRE

they are straight down to the white, so i was going to touch up and then t-cut over to blend in

My N16 is Flame Red and I believe the code is AJ4

Kingy is right. AJ4 for flame red.

There's another red quite similar to flame red which is listed as Z10.

You will see the colour that yours is stamped on the vin plate under your bonnet.
