Earlier today on the A4 towards bath I think, black sri smoothed bootlid p2 rear lights open grille, about 1.30ish
 
Certainly sounds like me but I've only been to weston super mare today! I'm back in clevedon for the weekend too. How strange!

Your description seems spot on too :confused:

Was it a 5 door with big tailpipe and GTi alloys?
 
Didnt get a chance to see the alloys or the tailpipe, (I passed a bit quickly) just caught a glimpse of the grille and the smoothed boot and lights.
