Couple of questions

Assuming I am a complete novice, i have a few questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I remove the front bumper? it could use a lick of paint.

Also where is the screen washer pump thing? its stopped working? easy to replace?
 
Pop the grill out, 2/3 bolts depending,

a bolt either side at the wings,

take the indicators out (loosen screw on headlamp and pop out)

Plastic clip off there

Underneath the car are 2 bolts on the front cross member

And then all the clips for the inner arch liners and fog light plugs if you have them

Once the bumpers off the washer bottle is visible on the drivers side with the pumps facing towards the back of the car iirc bud

Awesome thanks very much. What is a crossmember? And what does one look like? How long should this take me? And do I need specific tools?
