Cross memebr bushing

Will the rear bushing of a almera,the one at the cross member for the gearbox
fit a VZR as mines gone??

A Gti one will fit. I assume you mean the rear engine mount?? If yours is shot take it out and fill the gaps with polyurethane sealer...this`ll give a solid mount with zero play.
