Thot i wud mention. . . I hav slight funding problems this week with fuel as i spent al lmy money on going out partying this week lol so my car is feeling the crunch this week on fuel. . .

After my fuel light coming on, i put my last £9 into my car of fuel, costing 100.09p/litre

chek this out.. . . no bullshit ..

My 9 quid of fuel of just over 2 gallons, got me very far, bearing in mind wen i filled up there was still prob 5er or so still in the tank

Before my drive to my GF's house last nite (26/07/09) bearing in mind she lives 16 miles away lol

Petrol gauge when i got to a petrol station, cus i was shitting myself in case i ran out of fuel, the gf wasnt up for pushing the car

I had to drive like a pussy, but the GTi is def capable of 35+mpg, if driven right

Yeaaah, gti's will do around 75miles after the light comes on and about 40miles from when the needle stops!

Yea, i think there was still alot left in it b 4 i got to the petrol station, but the gf wasnt too happy wit me cus it was rainin, and the whole havin to push the car, an gettin hair wet etc, she didnt like it lol

But yea, it can be done :-)
 
Dont push your luck datsun...My car Nearly shit itself because i left my petrol run way to low and dirty petrol clogged my injectors:(

awk it wil b alryt lol to b honest, i dont hav the money to fuel my car til friday, so if it shits itself, it shits itself lol, but im optomistic, pehaps jus stupid lol but it'l b fine

Yap ...was driving on the red not long after i got it..Some dirty fuel at the bottom of the tank stuck open an injector...Flooding my 3rd cylinder...Was smoking like a cunt...used 40€ petrol in 20mins trying to drive it outa it...eventually turned off the car...went to turn it on ...heard a loud "thud"

Was told if i had tried to jump it or start it a few more times i would blown the arse outa it...Something like there was so much petrol? when i went to start it had no where to go so was either blow the arse outa the bottom or wreck my cylinder wall
