90% certain I & some other London tunnel runners passed Dave (mera red GTi) in the Greenwich area on Saturday night around 2am.
Saw a red GTi with an HWL plate coming towards me & the driver was the spit of Dave!
Pel was with me, but was reading the map when I shouted "there`s Dave!", so didn`t see him, Kez was about 4 cars behind me at the time, so I`m not sure if she spotted him too.
Was it you Dave, or have you got a twin with a sister GTi to yours????
