I'm new here...and am looking at getting a 2.2Dci Almera SVE/SXE.]

I was wondering, whats the differences between the 112 and the 136...is it limited via the ECU? or intake?

112 has no intercooler and different mapping. I'm not sure if it was ever confirmed that there is also a different turbo, i.e. a non-VNT GT15 instead of the GT1849V that's in the 136. As you may have guessed then the 136 is intercooled.

The 112 is easy to spot as it has a rubber hose coming off of the turbo instead of a metal U bend pipe. Wit the bumper removed you'd see no intercooler, only the aircon rad or rad.
