Drilling punto wipers

I used a round file till it just fitted, then tightened it down with the nut.

you wanna make it dished mate

best bet is to get one that fits the hole as it is

set it going and spin the drill causing the inner section to be wider than the outer, and just keep stopping to check the width as you also want to get the wiper to grip into the splines as you will have drilled off the other ones.

its only soft ali so not hard material at all
