so I had this problem where the engine management light came on, took it to a mechanic and was told that 'coil 1' was faulty.
So £70 later and I had a new coil. Problem is, since then, its come on twice again. the mechanic says it could be faulty so as a temp measure, cleaned it so the light went off but its back again.
What do you guys think the problem could be. I don't understand why a new coil would still produce the same problem, so it got me thinking; could it be something else?
