Exhaust splitter clearence problem

Is anybody running a nismo exhaust with a phase 2 gti splitter. I picked up a splitter over the weekend and think i might have clearence problems. Exhaust tip is touching the splitter!!!
Question is do i make the cut out in the splitter bigger or get different mounts for the exhaust so it hangs lower???

just get bigger exhaust rubber hangers, or use some jubilee clips round the hanger horizonal way across and tighten them to make the hanger longer

Sound bigger rubbers it is so, had it in mind just wanted back up.

:O bigger bushes should do the trick, if not just bend hangers on the backbox to get the clearance.

Did you get the splitter sprayed??

Droppin it off tomorrow.Should have it for next week havn the quids this week, damn car taax and phone bill all came yesterday and put a deposit on a holiday.

If you don't mind me asking where did you get your splitter from?
I've beenl on the look out for a rear splitter and skirts for my vzr since i got her.
Also interesting to know about the fitment of the rear splitter with a nismo exhaust because i have one aswell

I got it off always sideways, forever indebted lol rare as. Think someone on site makes copys not sure of user name though.
