Fast and Modified - Tropical Green Almera

Got a free copy of Fast and Modified (scottish cruising mag for you english peeps) and the tropical green almera was in it. You know the one with the stickers down the door etc etc can't remember who the username is of the site though, wilsky or something like that used to own it I think!?
 
Nah isnt it nismo's old one? With the high level spoiler and autech bumper, used to be Whitey's?

Edit.... unless it was the same one :confused:
 
Stoo B sold the car to Whitey, who then sold it to Nismo and he put the new front bumper and wing on it i think.

That car has had a few owners, all of which have been on this forum, ownership of the car goes like this;

Stoo B
Whitey
Nismo
always_sideways

Stoo B put the carbon fibre bonnet on the car and other than that there wasn't any massive body changes, Whitey then left the car the same as the way he bought it (other than selling the bucket seats to Consett GTi).

When Whitey sold the car on to Nismo it got a full respray, Autech front bumper, aftermarket spoiler and a smooth bootlid. The car was recently sold to always_sideways.

Yup I agree with you Andrew, I'm pretty sure the car was meant to be 177bhp, but it had very little mods and wasn't capable of achieving that sort of power with the mods it had. Either a load of BullS**t or a very generous dyno graph I suspect.

nismo got it dyno'd when he chiped it before it was sold, letts say its running not much above stock power for a gti
 
it was slow as fuck on the way to JAE and when we went to tescos, si was keeping with it no bother in his diesel with 4 of us in it lol
