Fitting lowering springs help?

how easy is it to fit a set of lowering springs to a standard n16 sport?

cheers in advance

If you mean DIY then I don't know as I had mine fitted at a friend's garage. Didn't take long though & he said it was a pretty easy job. What make are you going for & how much of a drop ? Any more than 40mm & you'll need different shocks to match.

Fairly easy, with the right tools
Fitted mine in about 30mins each and that was taking it easy and with a couple of rusty nuts ;)

going for a 35mm drop, not sure wat make yet, as i havent bought them.
will i need any special tools? or just a few sockets and wrenches? lol

It sounds like you dont have a clue so i recommend letting a garage do it for ya. You have to compress the springs to get them off the shocks using springs compressors. If you dont do everything 100% right they can slip and the spring will fly off. Ive seen it done at a garage where the spring came undone and flew right through a car door. A garage should only charge you like £40 or something!

I want to buy mine too, but prb where my car is (Bangladesh) there are loads of springs lying around in the market, but people cant tell whether it will fit mine or be strong enough for the YD22. how do I know which one is right?cheers
