Hi guys !!- finally fitted my PiAA sports Horns 400 and 500hz - very loud !!! (115db) - ive shown below a few shots of how i fitted the new ones ( i know Ed is particulary interested !!!) aswell as how i had to remove the Grille.
The grille had to be taken out to alllow easier access to the horns - this was done using an offset screwdriver and turning the 5 "spring clips".

The rain /splash guards had to be removed to allow the grille to fit back on later
... also the horns are slightly louder with out the guards lol !!! :)

The fixing plate needs to be bent back slightly with a fiel - to allow for clearance when the grille is put back on !!

2 holes had to be drilled for the earth leads - as shwon in this picture

Now the connectors ( these are the exisiting connections -made wiring dead easy !!!) can be plugged into the horns as shown

Hope this is useful for anyone who considers changing their stock horns for some very loud great sounding horns in the future !!!! -
