Fog Light Mask...

Right, I've decided not to buy the missing silver bits from my fog lights and to make a mask to cove the bolts instead.

I want to know what yous think about whayt I've made. It's not glues in yet, but I'm gonna glue it in, then seal around the edges with some clear silicone type stuff.

Recommendation of glue and sealent would be good too. Take a look at the pic and tell me what yous think. It'll look much smother once its glued in place.

What is that made of? looks totally photoshopped! haha

Its made of black plastic. It's off the keyboard cover of an old typewriter I found in my loft.

It's not photoshopped, but I did smudge round edges coz they were looking a bog rough in the picture.

Oooohh i see! looked okay yeah! i was just thinking stuff which will be used in outdoor conditions is normally made from polycarbonate or ABS plastic, that's why i asked (also they both resist heat pretty well, not sure how much heat there will be near the foglight though? but yeah it looks good mate, you'd obv have to use some kind adhesive suitable for outdoors, my badges are stuck on with clear silicon which stays quite flexible once dry, sure there is something more suitable though...

I've decided to drill two hole and run screws through. I've got clear silicone for round the edges.
The only problem this is gonna cause, is that the lights will be fixed in place and I'll have to jack the front of the car up to change a bulb if I need to.

Cheers
