foglight duct,homemade!

well,after recieving the fog-light cover from kelv (cheers dude!), decided to make use of the quiet afternoon at work,and make a duct that i can run a cold feed pipe up to my filter with.unfortunately didnt have my camera to hand to show the steps in making it.after a hunt round the workshop, and some common sense,i came up with this.sorry about the crap quality pics:

the hole cut was 56mm,this was the only hole cutter i had available.

I too believe that it's a bit small, i would preffer 4" max, 3" min.

what did you use to form that funnel?

56mm hole cutter,then used a plastic water cup from a vending machine.but this down the middle,then fit this inside the hole i cut.built up the fibreglass around the outside of it.let this go hard,remove the plastic,and tadah! one airvent.
