frenchin of headlights

yes

heat it up (warm setting on the oven, or boiling water), heats up the stika-flex that bonds them together

prise them apart then before re attaching, re heat the bonding glue (stikaflex) or add some new and it will re bond it together

hairdrying in the rear through the bulb inlet to get all moisture back out of the lense, stopping it from clouding up, condensing inside.

Also, before re attaching, you can use white spirit to remove any unsightly bits of stickaflex.
I have the glass for p1 headlights if you have difficulty finding any.

It werent to hard to locate cheap phase 1 headlights and swap the glass over! Oh well next time I will look around more. I will put these headlights up once they are taken of the car!

I just take lights apart with a hairdryer/heat gun. It doesn't matter about sealing them up properly because when you think about it theres some big holes in the back where the bulbs go and they don't seal in that well.
