Front bumper mod

Just been messing around with some ideas for the front end of my car, please ignore my editing skills but what are peoples opinions on this?

Cutout the grille section, yes.

Square plate, no.

I quite like the smoothed part where the plate was, any ideas where I could move the plate?

You could get a stick on number plate. Could be put on the upper or lower section of the bumper maybe.

you'll need some sort of mesh down there, better leave rotten crossmember hidden from the public. Perfect spot for FMIC though.

Yeah haha, need to get a new cross member too come to think of it, thinking about making a mesh grill for the top part of the bumper too and shame I don't have turbo

Why not ! 50-60 brake ! I have a1.8 gearbox you can have also !

Yeah I know, just I only have a saturday job being in full time education, but a possible apprenticeship soon!

@fidd70 could you please give me a quote on your kit + 1.8 gearbox please?
I'd also like to know if you have estimates on how much performance that kit will achieve with the 1.5 QG engine (assuming all the basic breathing mods have already been installed).
