How do you get the blumming thing off? They look just like lugs but i cant seem to move any of them :s

yes they are lugs u need to push the wee flap in so it pops out

the key my friend is practice.. but this wont help you for a first time.
Virgin grilles are real bitches the first time you try and get them off. If you're a pussy you can use some long nose pliers with a bend in them.
There are 5 Clips in total...
You wanna start on one side...
Lets say top right for example...
Push the underneath of the clip up so that it feels as though its clicked in a bit..
When you get that.. use the back of your index fingernail to push the top part of the clip down...
If it doesnt go straight away then repeat the previous two steps repeadetly... or try starting from the bottom...
After the first clip comes out.. you want to hold that side of the grille out a bit.. so its got outward pressure to stop it from clicking back in..
Then go to the bottom clip and start the same process...
Then middle clip.. which will snap out as its squeezed through the hole as half the grille will be off..
then other side top..
other side bottom will slip off and sometimes fall to the ground.
Check fingers for cuts from radiator...
It can be done in under 10 seconds with all clips intact.

i did it by using a scredriver to push down on the top of the clips and voila 10seconds later it was off lol thanks though all
