gaskets

I buyed a catalytic converter especially made for my almera gti but it has no gaskets and screws. The screws are not a big problem but are the gaskets really nessasary or will installing without them give problems.
 
I would put them in, with a bit of sealent paste too...

Go to a local ATS or exhaust place they will have some, couple of £

EDIT: just read your not UK, go to a local exhaust place im sure they could help
