Gear knob thread size

Anyone know the thread size or for the gear stick?
Want to try something different from the usual MOMO ones where they're held on with 3 little sharp screws.
Are the NISMO knobs screw ons?

Nismo ones are direct replacements...

I'm fairly certain the thread is 10mm.

unscrew yours and put an m10 nut on to be sure :/

I just mounted a new gearknob on my mera and can say that the stick is not 10mm, but 8 mm
