Good day to you all

Hello everyone I am new to the site and new to Nissan, I was gifted a 2001 almera 1.5 I think SE recently by my parents, been a vauxhall driver for a while so don't know anything about these cars, so I'm looking for as much info and general data as I can, it's a bit of a shock going from my 200bhp vectra to this 80bhp odd almera but going from 2mpg if you have a heavy foot is welcomed.

I know it's going to be hard to adjust, 155mph car to snail is a bit of a jump, just been looking into getting this thing looking a bit better, my mum used it to attack a bus once and the front bumpers never been the same since lol.
Luckily it's a dam common colour of tornado grey.. And the rear bumper, and the O/S/F door and the bonnet...

Haha I know the feeling! But gone the other way, turbo Almera to a diesel Vectra! Bit of a shock but the fuel economy is far superior as you say.

Nah they bought a 2013 juke and they knew the Vectra did a tank in 100 miles round town so they gave me the almera, oh and they forgot to mention that the key fobs are kapoot, they lock but the switch for unlock has gone in both, and the glove box lid falls off if opened....

100 miles round trip to a tank of fuel i would be spitting feather's at that fuel economy.
What engine is in it? mod's etc.

It's got 3.0 v6 omega inlet cams, sport cat, straight through center section, double d imshere back box, and pipercross panel filter.
Bout it really, does well played a few times with jags and bmw 's ect but I'm just un able to fix its freyalties, rear manifolds that crack, every 40k it has to have a cam belt, cats are crazy money ect..

Oh by the way when do the cam chanes require replacing on the qg15de

That's good, the things done 90k and has never once had ether an electrical issue or mechanical one that's to say it had a condenser once and that's because it had a clutch and they left the mounts loose so the engine swung and cracked it...
