Good Earth?

I`m currently toiling away at fitting an amp under my passenger seat...
Next step is to decide where to run an earth to, does anyone know the most convienient place for this?
 
Bolt that attaches the seat belt to the chassis I would think, or one of the bolts attaching the subframes to the chassis
 
Thanks Sri_Alan, did wonder about about the seatbelt bolt, has anyone else used this?
Just a bit concerned about damaging any of my new ICE bits really.
 
In the N16 there is a ground point behind the trim slightly in front of the lower seat-belt anchor bolts. Dunno about the N15.
