Good morning.

After many a year owning numerous 205 GTi's and other retro gunk I am now the proud owner of a Almera GTi.

Looks like someone has already owned it off here as it has the stickers of your lovely logo.





132k on the clock and runs like a dream. Had a new clutch before I purchased it and im sure the gearbox is new because of its bolt actioness!

Looks pretty standard to me but ive been told it has a Phase 2 bodykit on.... Anybody shine any light on this and any other history on the motor... Im abit of a novice with anything Japenese and this new. (This is new to me...)

Bolt actioness....lol. Anything is better than a crunchy old pug box.
Yes, it has a P2 bodykit & lights.
 
the gearbox wont be new, they just dont get bad, if you really want to make the shift feel better, get a poly bush for the front of the shift linkage.

Yes Hally, im surpised how well it has scrubbed up aswell. Only found one tiny little rust bubble on one arch.
 
Welcome along.

Lovely lookin example. Phase 2 refers to the facelift model when they tweaked some stuff, mainly cosmetic.

Pull back the carpets in the boot and check the rear archs, could be suprised
