H&R lowering springs?

I need some lowering springs asap and was thinking of getting the H&R ones. Does anyone have anything against the H&R springs or should I go for it?

have heard good things about them with p10 primeras, think there meant to be very hard compared to most but its meant to be worth it for the handling. never hear anything about them for almeras so whether its just no one has tried them or they arent any good for almeras i dont know
