Headlight Aim

Anyone know a reliable way of setting this at home?

as a good guide i get my car and another car parked at the same distance pointing to a wall, then adjust my car until the light level is about the same...

its not perfect... a better way would be to take it to a garage and get it looked at properly - will only cost about £5-10

As above........set the aim adjuster to 0 before manually adjusting the beam.
