hi!
I just swapped my bmw for a 1998 Almera GTi in red. The bmw cost me nothing so was a bit of a bargain!
It needs a bit of tlc, nothing major but the arches need a bit of attention, only inside the arch if you know what i mean. Im going to attack them this week (if it stops raining) with a flapper on a grinder to take them back to bare metal and respray them with a compressor.
Not sure what i want to do with the car really. It really will only be used for me to get to work and and the odd evening run ( I have a Impreza STi RA for the weekend ) but i was kinda thinking about stripping out the interior to make it lighter? I will be doing a couple of small mods to the car, ie decat, exhaust, induction, lowering the standard suspension, brake upgrade etc.
I need a couple of bits so i will post that in the right section. expect a few questions too!
I will post a couple of pics up tomorrow.
