...newbie here looking for a bit of help. I have to say first of all that I hate my Almera, it's the worst car I've ever had and I've had 5 Nissans. I'll go into that on another post but for now..I carcked my windscreen and in the process the rearview mirror was knocked off the actual 'thing' it's on. I've had the windscreen replaced but the actual mirror part pops on to a ball type connection so it can swivel and be moved around but I don't want to force it on in case I break the screen again. Any suggestions? (crap description I know)

After the trouble I've had with this car the last fortninght any help would be greatly appreciated.:)
 
I was about to ask 'how come', then I looked and saw what almera it was :lol:

Would any grease on the joint help?
 
I'll try that, but enlighten me. I bought this in July'04 when it was 9 months old. It always had niggly things wrong with it but I know nowt about cars. The 1st mot failed as there was a hole in the chassis where it had coroded. This week I spent £500 because the front panel had to be completely replaced due to said corrosion. If I'd the money for another car I'd get rid of it. No more Nissans for me. What known problems are there then?
 
Bloody hell :shock: that's not common! Headlights were recalled, and the rest depends on what engine you've got.
