They come free with the paid membership. The fee is worthwhile if you plan to mod/maintain the car and are in need of advice or access to discounts with various companies.
Oh I see, we had a big server crash at the beginning of the year and a lot of data was lost/corrupt. If you can remember your old user name then send a PM to a mod or admin and they might be able to recover your account and old posts ect.
