New here and since there's a section to, thought I'd say hi.
I'm 18, from north wales and I currently don't own an Almera yet. For a couple of months after passing my test in May and whilst driving provisionally since october last year, I was sharing my dad's car, an S reg P2 1.4 black 5 door Si, and I loved it. I really really wanted one for myself, but when a friend offered me an old '89 VW Polo for free, my dad decided it was time to stop putting miles on his car. Since then the polo (which turned out to be a right troublesome & dodgy pain in the arse) was written off in a somewhat relieving accident (never, EVER going near an old VW again!). Now that I have the means to buy a new car, I'm looking at getting one as similar to my dad's as possible, and thought I'd make an effort to become actively interested in these cars.
