HELP NEEDED ASAP PLEASE...FAILED MOT

I wondered if anyone could help in explaining one of the reasons for failing of mot...

**OFFSIDE SUSPENSION ARM LOCATING PIN LOCKING DEVICE MISSING**
ALSO NEARSIDE

his really has me baffled and obviously need to correct this, any advice or help would be appreciated

He was a bit of an 8rse if I'm honest and with being a lass n all probs didn't think I would understand (which I don't clearly..hence going elsewhere for advice)
