Help on fog lights!!!!!

I would like to upgrade my P1 GTi font fogs into P2 but some how i cannot to get the plastic bit (silver one) out, i dont want to force to break it and would like some instructions to get them out!!! Need help!!!!

Lucky for you i have a set sat next to me!
They should unclip if you push it upwards, use a screwdriver under it to manouver it upwards, but be careful you dont damage your bumper!

last time i did it i got my hand behind the bumper and pushed it out iirc, it did break again but its 2 pieces of plastic that always break anyway, just need gluing again for about the 5th time. decided it was better to break it like that than to damage the bumper or to cause irrepairable damage to the cover itself.
