help with reverse parking sensor

Parked the car up the other night, got in in the morning selected reverse gear on the autobox and the reverse sensor alarm, parking aid thing, is constantly going off, when this happened before it was due to dirt on the sensors, quick clean and all was good, not so this time!!

I dont even know where the unit is ?

Any help from anyone would be greatfully appreciated.
