just having my nissan almera gti sprayed all prepped and ready but not sure what colour to have. im also looking for performance parts where can i get these from please help thanks

White! They never came in white, would be ace! Performance parts are all over this site mate, sign up to gain full access (Theres a form in the membership section) and have a search through the tuning sections

White can look very good.
Gunmetal/grey gets my vote though, that looked great on a PulsarSSS, plus being easier to keep clean.
