HELP!

as the title says i need some help asap! and not with my head as i'v already been told thats too far gone! :-( anyway back to being serious where can you buy hub converters from? i.e convert your hub from 4 to 5 stud? i know you can get them but i dont have a clue where from. can anyone help???

cheers in advance.

I've got a man who can make you some Mick, proper hubcentric, top grade ally for about £140 to your door.

I can measure up at Whitby if you want?

I got some designed for a proposed group buy, i can send you the pdf if you want? PM me your email if you do.

i make them depending on the pcd's , if you give me the info about the car / wheels etc i can look into it for you . cheers

Is that first come first served?

Take your pick Mick ;)

You will be able to get some from H+R or Eibach but you'll pay about £200.

lol in a hole. not 100% sure of the et numbers but the other diamiters are 4x114.3 and i need some to fit 5x114.3 wheels too. again not 100% of the et number. not 100% if i'm getting them yet but when i get the prices i'll know if i want them. lol.

No bother Mick, we can have a chat at Whitby (thats if you are coming)

ET number will be stamped on the wheel somewhere.

What wheels are they for mush, i assume they are VW related, I can get ET in a blink.

they are bk299's for audi, mitsi, nissan etc it says on the poster. yer mate i'm going. i need them asap though mate if pos as the wheels i want are half price. only 173 for wheels only and i cant get them from anywhere else for my car. its a shit stud pattern! no-one stocks the wheels or out so it takes bloody ages to get a set! grrrr.

Probably about a week turnaround dude.

Get the wheels and we'll go from there.

I think offset for yours is 35mm-42mm with a 66mm centre bore (same as 200sx/Primera/Prairie)

Measure your stud length (your lass said it was short like lol)

Really you want wheels with less offset to compensate for the width of the spacer.

What about drilling the hubs to suit? Be a lot easier! Then the new wheels will just bolt up.

you cock! haha. i would buy the wheels if i can get them then i'll get the tyres put on etc while i'm waiting. i raang a garage up today and tried to order 3 different sets and they never had any of them in stock and didn't know when any of them would be in stock. but he gave me the option of 3 shit sets to make up for it! lol. yer there the same as the s13 200sx's. would i just drill and tap the hubs mate?

In your thread above you said you can get them for £173! So you can get them

Does your lass agree about your stud length? hehe! Good job you have plenty of beef to knock it in with, boom boom!

Yeah drill the hub, i dare say cos the wheel width and shit is the same size as yours you'd be able to re-use the studs.

Job jobbed i think.

Take em to your local machine shop or I can get my man to do em if you want?

sorry that weren't worded very well. lol. i cant get any to go straight on my car with out any modifications but i can get a set that need more modding to my hubs than a modding mans modding bits! lol. should any machine shop be able to do it? i'm considering just scrapping the idea. lol. what a fuck on. :-( and yer the she does! sniffle sniffle. i'm just gnna sit in the corner by myself...................... sniffle sniffle.

LMAO.

Yeah any machine shop will be able to do it (piss easy)

Its not a big mod, i would in no way let summat as small as that stop me (so your lass tells...sorry i won't go there again!) The wheels will look super sweet (hope you are going for Matt Black without polished lip)

All it will need is the 5 holes drilling at the correct PCD and the studs fitting into the new holes!

Get it done mush.

I'll get you a price for a rush job, 5 day turnaround door to door if you struggle finding a machine shop.

(I have some headlight protectors for sale, have a look at the thread)

your a shit head elliot! lol only kidding. yer if you wouldn't mind you could but would have to find a car to use for a week for work. and some axel stands for my car. lol. i have a machine shop 5 mins from my house. so if i took a wheel and the hubs it should be easy?

yer i know mate i was looking at them and fancied them but there for a phase 2.

I know I am Mick, I can't help it!

Just the hub will have to go to the shop, you've got the PCD (4x114.3) All the rest is the same and just give em the instruction, if they look all confused then that will tell you that they are cowboys!

You could always pull a sicky/take a days holiday and drive down here and get em done in the day.

We could go for an ice-cream!

just had a look and its 100 mile down to yours mate. are they open on saturdays? ah right. i wonder if it would be worth getting some from a scrappy and then swapping them over back at home? if you could get me a price mate that would be great!

an ice-cream in this weather??? your off your fucking box mate! lol.

15 degrees here today, I had a knickerbockerglory!

Fuck, is it that far!

Sometimes open Saturdays.

Yeah I reckon a trip to the scrappy is the answer mush.

I'll see my man tomorrow and get back to you.

You could give em to me at the meet?

neither did i till i just looked at a route planner thing! lol cheers bud. hmmm. yer i could do mate and give you the money to get it done and then i could pop down for a ice cream on a sat shortly after. when is the meet again?

5th of April mush.

You could give me em, I'll get em to my man then I can post em back. Postage will be cheaper than a 200 mile round trips worth of gasolina.

Sup to you, fuckin lovely icecream like, the place i go to has been there for 60 years, proper Italian stuff!

it'll ba e good day out mate! haha. awsome i need a ice cream from there! it'll be worth the trip just for the ice cream! :-D if you get a price mate i'll let you know on sat. it's the earliest i can get to the machine shop near me. anyway am ofskies to bedskies so if ya write back i'll write back after work the mora.

Spoke to my man today and he's shed some light on the subject.

Firstly you will need disks to match the modded hubs! (can't believe we overlooked that one!) Probably Primera?

Secondly the hubs might be hardened so will need a super-duper bit called a rock drill (£50 before you start!)

Other than that as long as the holes don't conflict its a-ok.

Had another thought failing the hub modification, will primera hubs fit? You could pull everything off a GT or summat, give you rear disks to boot.
