Hi, just joined the forums and wanted to drop in and say hi, Just in the process of learning to drive but it didnt stop me getting a car for christmas and well it led me to these forums, hopefully ill be on the roads soon
 
I got alot of welcome here :D i got myself a Almera 1.4 Si, its the picture in my avatar, havn't had a good enough day to take on, also its green.

Havn't got anything major planned as i am not the richest guy, but i did get a new headunit, some parcel shelf speakers and got some green cold cathodes in my footwells of passenger and driver sides
 
welcome along fella, just my personal opinion but dont fit speakers in the parcel shelf as it attracts the wrong sort of people!!(theiving chavs)
 
Yea i know that, but i choose some low profile ones that don't bling out so the whole world can see, look like normal speakers but thanks for the advice i know what they are like
 
Thanks :) happy to be here, also if you don't mind me asking where can i post questions about electrical things such as wiring up LED's, Cold cathodes etc?

You could DiY a stealth shelf... or go all out with a nice tartan blanket on the parcel shelf - almera granny stylee!

Yea the granny style sounds good like, anything to keep the chavs away also i can't post in the ICE section because im not a member :( hoping to become one soon though :) when i get the money which isn't that much which is good,
