Hey

Hey guys, Callum is the name, just got my first almera on tuesday - 1.4 N15 5dr S

It's pretty much stock, I'm only 19 so engine mods are a no-no, but wouldn't mind some advice on what to do with interior/exterior mods :)

hey welcome... subtle engine mods are ok, insurance shouldn't go up too much... if you use the search button and look in n15 sections you can get lots of advice...

exterior mods are ok but IMO standard cars with splitters, spoilers etc... look the best.... the ones that dont look 'chavved'

use standard gti parts and make a gti rep of something...

upload us some pics of the car :D

mod it but dont tell the insurance lol. imo lower it and get a phase 2 gti kit on it would look the dogs bollocks

Welcome to Aoc. Nice motor. If I was you I'd use phase 2 GTi parts - Front bumper, skirts and rear splitter. The wheels look good, very similar to GTi Almera 15's but with thinner spokes. Wait a coup[le of years then get an sr20 in there.

nice car but it needs lowering so bad, springs should be fine just bring it down a little.

hey and welcome to AOC, your car looks like a very good base if you want to start modding it. Like the others have said, use phase 2 parts to customise, wheels look sweet! :)

I should take a pic of it today, lowered by a different method... the girlfriend is bringing her stuff home from college, and the new alloys in there aswell - no space at all in the car!

Are p2 gti parts hard come by?
