uiiii,- I need to get more coffee ... My car is from 2004 I still believe that the model is a N16, but there must be more... My radio is built in the panel and i am trying to figure, how to get at decent HU ... If it is possible

Welcome to the club. You may need to get a facia adapter to fit a new head unit similar to this (link also shows cable adapter) click here

Unless your model is an 'S' a facia plate won't work, and getting an aftermarket headunit in won't be easy I'm afraid.
