Can any 1 help me i have a rattle at the front of my car i think its the heat sheld and i want to take it off but have not got a clue"!!!! can any 1 help me please

Yep, get under under it and have a poke around:)
The heatshield will probably be loose and corroded, and the nuts may well be seized up. I ripped mine off with a hacksaw and extreme prejudice.
