Hi all,

I've had my 2.2Dci SVE for almost a year so I thought I should join the forum. Its just the 112bhp engine which is a bit of step down from my previous cars but I'm pretty happy with it.

I'm thinking about getting the car lowered sometime soon - there seems to be quite a few options out there anyway.

Welcome mate, i was looking at one of these when buying a new car. but it sold and i eventually found my N15.

Car looks nice and tidy.
 
Welcome mate, glad to see another N16 deisel :thumb: Nice colour that. Got any plans for it?

Yeah Darren there were two versions. The SXE only came with a 1.8 petrol or the 136 diesel though.

Thinking about getting it lowered although there are some pretty big speed bumps near my work. Think it should be ok though if I go for 30mm.
 
30mm is what I want too. I think that's a nice compromise for handling/looks/practicality.

yeah, 30mm should be about right. It actually looks higher than it is in the pics above due to the way the car is sitting off the road.

Depending on the angle the colour is quite nice although sometimes it looks brown (if its a dull day)
