hi there im tom from lincoln

i dont actually have an almera, instead i drive a beast of a k10 micra :D . im on this forum as i would like to urgrade my engine, and got told by an almera sri 1.6 driver, that an engine like his would be decent. ive also been told that it would fit, and if anyone knows of a written-off almera that i could buy an engine + gear box from (and possibly the front brakes etc) then that would be swell :cool:

but before i do any of that, what i really do want are some almera sri/gti alloys. if anyone is selling theirs (dont mind if they dont come with a spare) then please reply here.

You should fit yourself the engine from the GTi, its an SR20DE, theres another K10 micra with that engine and a turbo already on here, lemme tell ya it would be brown trousers new pants time in that car. Dunno if its a standard fit though.
 
hehe cool! lol ok, but i dont want to start off too big, im only 17 lol :D
 
well i suppose i'll just take what i can find, and a 1.6 sri will do for me at the moment. maybe in a year or so i'll go up to a bigger engine. :)
 
thatl cost even more than, engine conversion, and to a bigger engine at 17, insurers wont be happy with that like lol
